Most outfitters run the same spots and hope birds show up. At 903 Outfitters, we don’t play that game—we move, scout, and adapt every single day to stay on fresh birds.
What sets us apart is the mindset. We’re not clocking in for a job—we live this. If it takes changing locations, grinding longer, or putting in extra miles to get you under birds, that’s what we do. No shortcuts, no lazy hunts.
You’re not treated like a number either. When you hunt with us, you’re part of the crew. We keep it laid-back but serious when it counts, making sure you get real opportunities—not just a seat in a blind.
Bottom line: we outwork, out-scout, and out-hustle most outfits—and it shows when the birds finish in the decoys.

when you book a hunt with 903 Outfitters, you can expect a no-shortcuts waterfowl experience built around one goal—putting you on birds.
Your hunt starts early, usually well before daylight. Guides will already have the spot scouted, and a game plan dialed in based on bird movement from the day before. What makes 903 Outfitters so successful is we scout daily and adjust locations constantly to stay on fresh birds, not overhunted spots .
You’ll be hunting prime locations—whether that’s ponds, impoundments, reservoirs, or backwater sloughs—where ducks naturally want to be feeding or resting . Once in the blind, it’s all about the experience: calling, working birds, and watching them commit right into the decoys.
Expect fast-paced shooting when it’s right. Depending on the day and migration, you could see a variety of birds like mallards, teal, gadwall, pintails, widgeon and more . Your guides will coach you, call the shots, and make sure everyone gets opportunities.
You’ll also have trained dogs handling the hard work—marking birds, making retrieves, and keeping the hunt running smooth. Dogs are a key part of 903 Outfitters and make a big difference in recovery and efficiency .
At 903 Outfitters, it’s not just about shooting limits—it’s about the whole experience. Expect:
A hardworking guide crew that lives to hunt
Constant scouting to stay on fresh birds
Quality setups with effective decoy spreads
A laid-back, no-BS atmosphere where clients are treated like family
A grind-it-out mindset to make every hunt count
At the end of the hunt, birds are picked up, photos are taken, and you walk away with memories, stories, and hopefully a strap full of ducks.
